Reema Jain is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in diverse legal domains. She is the Founder of Dugain Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, managing cases before the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal.Currently serving as an External Member on the Internal Complaints Committee at Prognosis Laboratories, she brings her expertise in POSH law to address workplace issues. As the Legal Partner at Fin Verve Business Solutions, Reema specializes in corporate lending, cross-border financings, and insolvency cases.



Reema has been an Independent Director at listed as well unlisted entities chairing their committees and also being a member and also contributing to CSR initiatives. Her extensive experience also includes teaching roles at renowned institutions like Birla Institute of Management Technology, BML Munjal University, ICMAI and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India among others.



Reema is recognized for her contributions to corporate governance, having presented several papers on allied topics at various conferences PAN india. Agribusiness Incubation and Knowledge Partner to Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers

Welfare, GoI.

He has evaluated 2200+ startups, trained and supported 350+ startups, facilitated grant in

aid of ₹16 Cr to 60 startups. He is also supporting several Agribusiness Incubators in India.

He has 6 books, 20 research articles, 10 popular articles as publications of national and

international repute. He has organised 40+ training programs 60+ Webinars for National and

International Participants. He has delivered 150+ sessions as an invited speaker.

He has 10+ years of experience in Academia, Industry, Training and Research.

His areas of interest are Agribusiness Management, Agribusiness Incubation, Entrepreneurship

Development, Livestock Business Management, Marketing Management and Supply Chain

Management.

Currently he is placed in the School of Agribusiness Management at MANAGE as a faculty in

the area of Agribusiness Management and Agri Entrepreneurship.

Ankit, a Chartered Accountant accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), holds the distinction of having successfully completed CFA Level II from the CFA Institute in the USA. His professional journey has been marked by a diverse range of experiences, including expertise in Statutory Audit, Investments, and Strategy.



Over the course of his career, Ankit has contributed his skills and knowledge to renowned firms such as Mazars, Raintree Ventures, and Qube Health during his previous tenures. His educational achievements and practical experiences in finance and auditing make him a valuable asset in the field

Mr. Dharmesh Kharwar is an accomplished entrepreneur, independent director, and life sciences advisor with a distinguished career spanning over 28 years. He possesses a wide-ranging skill set, including expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, legal matters, manufacturing, procurement, compliance, and commercial operations. S. Syed Anwar Kabir (1960), has about four decades of rich experience in

teaching, mentoring, training and academic and institutional administration and

stakeholders’ management in Business Schools and Engineering Colleges

across India, specializing in Business Ethics, CSR, Business Communication,

HRM and OB. His research interests include ESG, Ethical Leadership and

Corporate Governance.

Sudhir is a business professional with forty-six of experience. He began his career in the Indian Forest Service and transitioned into the corporate world after spending 23 years with the government. He spent the next twenty years in business consulting at Tata Consultancy Services and other tech companies.

Sudhir is the author of multiple books, one of which became a bestseller. With a decade of extensive legal practice experience in various district courts and the Delhi court, Aasmina Sheikh brings a wealth of real-world knowledge and expertise to the field of legal education. Operating in 31 countries, with 24 locations, on 6 continents, and 2 world headquarters.
