The course teaches students comprehensive and specialised subjects in entrepreneurial leadership and management for various business situations; it develops skills in critical thinking and strategic planning for changing and fast-paced environments, including financial and operational analysis; and it develops competences in leadership, including autonomous decision-making, and communication with employees, stakeholders, and other members of a business.

Knowledge
Knowledge acquired by the learner at the end of the course:
