Trained in psychology, my work experience has been in Project and Operations management, specifically in onboarding complex R&D workflows. Before joining Retro I worked at Airbus R&D division (Acubed) where I wore a lot of different hats and learned that the more challenging the problem I have to solve, the more energy I feel.



In my previous role at Retro, I built Retro’s ops org from scratch. This phase was immensely rewarding, not just for the complexity but for the profound sense of purpose it imbued. Now, as an Attaché, I continue to apply my passion for challenging problem-solving and operational excellence. Embracing each new challenge with enthusiasm, I am inspired by the endless possibilities of growth.
