Dr. Matthew Wootton is an experienced strategist with a background spanning academic accreditation, compliance, customer success, and digital content. He is known for his ability to quickly learn, adapt, and solve complex problems across varied domains. Matthew also brings deep expertise in social research, with a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Durham and a track record of designing and managing research projects from start to finish.

Dr. Yajnaseni Mukherjee is an accomplished educationist with over 20 years of experience in the higher education sector. She currently serves as Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of English Studies and Research, Amity University, India. Her work spans curriculum development, academic content design, and research supervision at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. A prolific researcher, she has contributed to journals, books, and academic conferences, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing education and scholarship.

Aparajita Verma

Compliance Officer

Aparajita Verma is an experienced compliance professional with a focus on regulatory governance, risk management, and institutional integrity. She holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis International University in India. Aparajita began her career as a Legal Analyst in Mumbai, where she gained expertise in corporate law, compliance frameworks, and forensic investigations. She later joined UBS Bank as an AML Compliance Analyst, supporting anti-money laundering operations and regulatory governance. At Woolf, she serves as an Accreditation and Compliance Specialist, applying her legal background to help uphold global academic standards and strengthen institutional oversight.

Dr. Marten Krijgsman

Director of Strategic Licensing

Dr. Marten Krijgsman is an Accreditation Consultant at Woolf, with over a decade of experience driving educational quality and digital transformation in higher education. He previously worked on strategic projects at a top global university and has also consulted in the pharmaceutical sector on large-scale initiatives. Marten holds a D.Phil. and M.Phil. from the University of Oxford, with a focus on inter disciplinary research across the Humanities and Social Sciences. His interests include digital humanities, innovation studies, and cultural heritage.

Dr. Charl Swart

Director of Academic Success

Charl Swart is Director of Academic success at Woolf. In this role he works closely with Woolf colleges and leads a team responsible for quality assurance, developing academic policies and procedures, degree accreditation, and a range of student services. Charl brings a wealth of experience in working in international higher education and has served as a Dean and faculty member at universities in the Middle East, South East Asia and Africa. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Stellenbosch University.

Madhav Shankar

Compliance Officer

Madhav Shankar is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in law and education. He holds a BA LL.B.(Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi, and an LL.M. in Law and Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He began his career as a practicing lawyer in New Delhi before moving into corporate M&A analysis, focusing on regulatory due diligence. Madhav has also served as Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean at Jindal Global Law School, contributing to curriculum development and institutional compliance. He now works as an Academic Compliance Specialist, combining legal insight with academic standards.

Dr. K Singh

Compliance Officer

Dr. Kiran Jot Singh is Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of Industrial Relations at Chandigarh University, India. He holds a PGDM from IIM Rohtak and a PhD in Human–Robot Interaction. His research explores the intersection of technology and well-being, with interests in human-computer interaction and happiness studies. Dr. Singh has filed 12 patents and leads several funded research projects. His work bridges academic inquiry and practical application in emerging technologies.
