Jiang Shengbo
Lester Jiang is a senior education leader and transnational education specialist with over a decade of experience across higher education management, international student recruitment, and cross-border academic partnerships. He currently serves as the Dean of Pickering Global Campus.
Lester has played a pivotal role in building and scaling education organisations across Singapore, Australia, and China. His work spans strategic planning, institutional operations, faculty recruitment, regulatory compliance, and the establishment of overseas teaching centres. Under his leadership, multiple international pathway and preparatory programmes have been developed, alongside articulation and validation partnerships with universities and education institutions in Singapore and overseas.
With deep expertise in transnational education consultancy, Lester has advised on global student recruitment strategies, academic collaborations, and market entry for higher education institutions. He is also experienced in working with government-linked entities and has supported in regulatory audit processes.
Academically, Lester holds a Master of Leadership in Organisational Learning from Monash University, a Master of Arts in Contemporary China from Nanyang Technological University, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marketing from University College Dublin. He is bilingual in Mandarin and English and is an international member of the Association of University Administrators (UK).

Dr. Chu is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, National University of Malaysia, and a researcher at the Centre for Healthy Ageing and Wellness (H‑CARE). Her work focuses on communication disorders and aging, with particular interests in speech‑language pathology, caregiver well‑being in dementia, and digital innovations in rehabilitation. She leads multidisciplinary projects on communication partner training, AI applications in healthcare, and quality of life among families of individuals with communication disorders. Dr. Chu actively supervises postgraduate students, collaborates with international partners across Europe and Asia, and contributes as a reviewer and editor for peer‑reviewed journals. She is also committed to community and industry engagement, developing training modules and programs for healthcare professionals, NGOs, and caregivers to improve communication support across the lifespan.

Dr. Jimmy Low is an experienced academic leader and educator with over 15 years in higher education, specialising in technology adoption, learning innovation, and technology & innovation management. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Management at Multimedia University (Mar 2023–Feb 2025), where he led strategic initiatives that strengthened student enrolment, improved research and publication performance, and enhanced faculty financial outcomes by turning EBITA from a loss to a gain. Prior to this, he held university-wide academic development roles as Deputy Director at LEARN (2022–2023) and ADEPT (2020–2022), contributing to hybrid learning implementation, team-based and work-based learning adoption, and the advancement of teaching quality through evaluation leadership. He is also an HRD Corp-certified trainer who has delivered more than 100 professional trainings, and he has received institutional recognition for excellence in teaching and research, including Best Academic Staff in Teaching & Learning and Best Junior Academic Staff in Research.

I am currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at Taylor’s University. I hold a Master of Management degree from Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Bachelor of International Business degree from the University of Nottingham. My diverse academic background and international study experience allow me to closely integrate cutting-edge management theories with international educational practices.
Currently, I‘m working at Pickering Institute. Having transitioned from a Lecturer role at the Guangzhou campus, I now support academic programs and training for the Singapore headquarter. In this capacity, I coordinate student-teacher scheduling and streamline academic operations to ensure high-quality delivery.
My professional foundation includes extensive experience in English language training and student management at New Channel and New Oriental. With professional certifications including TEFL and TKT, and proficiency in Mandarin, English (C1), and Spanish (B1), I am committed to bridging cultural gaps and optimizing educational workflows in a globalized environment.

William Wang is the Head of Partnership Development at Pickering Global Campus, based in Shanghai and Singapore. He leads the institution’s partnership strategy across key regional and international markets, driving the expansion of academic collaborations and strengthening Pickering’s global education ecosystem.
In his role, William is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with universities, education institutions, and industry partners. He works closely with academic and operational teams to develop articulation pathways, validation arrangements, and cross-border collaboration models that support student progression and institutional growth.
William plays a central role in expanding Pickering Global Campus’ presence in China, particularly in Greater China and Southeast Asia. His work focuses on creating sustainable, long-term partnerships that enhance programme accessibility, academic credibility, and international mobility opportunities for students.
With extensive experience in international education development and partnership management, William brings strong market insight and a results-driven approach to institutional collaboration. His leadership contributes to positioning Pickering Global Campus as a globally connected education platform aligned with international academic standards and pathways.
William holds a postgraduate degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.

Aaron is the Lead, Academic Affairs at Pickering Global Campus. His role is to lead the institution's educational vision, oversee curriculum, faculty development, teaching quality, and the implementation of academic policies to foster excellence, manage operations such as scheduling/grading, and ensure alignment with strategic goals, acting as a key link between administration, faculty, and students. His research interests include knowledge management and ICT, and he is passionate about educating and mentoring young adults in entrepreneurship and innovation.

A dedicated English educator based in Singapore, with teaching experience across Singapore and Malaysia. Master of Arts in TESOL from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Education from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. Fluent in English and Mandarin

Chan Man Seong is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development, at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He is actively involved in research activities, international conferences, and academic competitions, where he has received numerous recognitions for his scholarly and innovative contributions. Among his notable achievements are the Innovation Silver Award at the International Business and Management Virtual Innovation & Invention of Ideas Competition (VIIIC) 2024, Best Presenter Award at the 8th International Conference on Applied Economics and Business (ICAEB 2024) held in Munich, and a Silver Award at the Malaysia Invention and Innovation Expo 2022. Earlier, he also achieved an outstanding milestone by winning one Gold Award and two Silver Awards at the Virtual Innovation Competition 2021 (VIC21). In 2022, Chan obtained his Master of Professional Management degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. In the same year, he was awarded the prestigious Gold Award at the International Teaching Aid Competition (iTAC) 2022 under the Public Interest Centre of Excellence (PICE), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Kedah. Chan began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Statistics (Honours) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), which he completed in 2021. He graduated with a First-Class Honours degree and was conferred the Anugerah Naib Canselor 2021 in recognition of his academic excellence. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Chan is an active member of several professional and academic bodies, including a Graduate Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Quality Malaysia (IQM), and a Ordinary Member (Keahlian Biasa) of the Persatuan Sains Matematik Malaysia (PERSAMA).

Wan Jie (James) is the Education and Training Manager at Pickering Global Campus, overseeing programme delivery, training operations, and learning support initiatives across both online and offline teaching environments. Based in Singapore, James works closely with academic leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth programme execution, strong student engagement, and consistent delivery standards across learning centres and partner locations. 
James brings extensive experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and education operations, with a strong track record in data-driven student performance improvement and training team development. Prior to joining Pickering, he served as Senior Manager (Education and Training) at Kewo, where he led strategic student acquisition and retention initiatives, conducted performance analytics across large student cohorts, and supported organisational restructuring to improve operational efficiency.
At Pickering, James supports short-term programme delivery in business, accounting, and mathematics, while coordinating operational logistics, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. He collaborates closely with recruitment, student services, quality assurance, and operations teams to enhance the learner experience and ensure institutional readiness for growth.
James holds a Master of Science in Management from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University. He is fluent in Mandarin and English, and is committed to developing future-ready learning programmes that combine academic rigour, practical relevance, and strong student support.

Lim Jee Yat is the Head of School at Pickering Institute (Singapore) and Pickering Global Campus. Based in Singapore, he provides academic leadership and strategic direction across the Institute’s programme portfolio, overseeing curriculum development, faculty deployment, teaching operations, student performance outcomes, and academic governance across all delivery centres. 
Since joining Pickering, he chairs the Academic and Examination Board, and leads academic audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement planning to uphold assessment integrity and academic standards. 
Lim Jee Yat also leads the development of strategic academic partnerships with overseas high schools and universities, supporting articulation pathways, joint certifications, and teaching centre collaboration. He represents the institution in local and international education forums, and works closely with senior leadership on operational planning, resource allocation, and institutional growth priorities. 
Prior to his current roles, Lim served as Chief Executive Officer of International College IMPERIA in Malaysia and held senior academic leadership positions including Principal and Director of Studies in Singapore’s private education sector. He has also contributed extensively as an Adjunct Lecturer at institutions including Singapore Polytechnic, PSB Academy, and DIMENSIONS International College, teaching across both specialist and postgraduate programmes.
Lim holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia. He is fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English, and brings deep cross-border experience across Singapore and Malaysia in academic leadership, governance, and institutional development.
