The Mana College

Overview

The Mana College is a professional education institution operating as part of GoLeanSixSigma (GLSS), a globally recognized provider of Lean Six Sigma training and operational excellence credentials. Headquartered in the United States and led by CEO Karlo Tanjuakio, GLSS has trained over one million professionals across Fortune 500 enterprises, healthcare systems, government agencies, and higher education institutions, with a portfolio of certifications spanning White, Yellow, Green, and Black Belt levels. The Mana College is the academic arm established to translate GLSS's industry-recognized training into accredited, credit-bearing higher education credentials in partnership with Woolf. Its mission is to bridge the gap between professional learning and formal academic recognition by offering pathways that allow working professionals to convert verified Lean Six Sigma expertise and other prior learning into MQF/EQF Level 7 qualifications, including Postgraduate Certificates, Postgraduate Diplomas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Mana's model is built around three core pillars: (1) Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for professionals holding GLSS and equivalent industry credentials; (2) laddered postgraduate pathways enabling learners to progress incrementally from short-form credentials into full degrees; and (3) employer-aligned cohort delivery for organizations seeking to upskill teams through accredited programmes.

The college operates under Woolf's institutional accreditation (MFHEA Licence 2019-015, Malta) and adheres to Woolf's academic governance, quality assurance, and credentialing standards. Programmes are taught and supported by GLSS subject-matter experts and industry-experienced faculty, overseen by Woolf's academic governance bodies.
