Jaroslav Světlík graduated from the Faculty of Trade at the University of Economics in Prague. He also finished postgraduate study program “teacher of business administration subjects” on this university, obtained a doctor degree at VSB – Technical University Ostrava, associate professor degree at FaME TBU in Zlin. In 2013 he was appointed as a Professor by President of the Slovak Republic. The subject of his professional interest is marketing, intercultural marketing and communication and marketing communications. He is an author of number of professional and scientific publications and monographs, university and secondary school textbooks, and more than hundred of scientific and scholarly magazine articles and papers on international conferences and congresses. His publications included some bestsellers and the most commonly cited titles as Marketing – the Way to the Market, School Marketing, School Marketing Management, Marketing for the European Market, About the Essence of Advertising, Advertising - theory, concepts and models, Communication in International Environment (WoS h index - 15). He also took his lectures at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, SHW Wien, University Algarve Portugal, FP VUT in Brno, FM PEVŠ in Bratislava, FF UCM in Nitra. His presentations at number of international conferences in the USA, Great Britain, Denmark, Bulgaria, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, etc. were also taken with interest. Currently prof. Světlík works for Paneuropean University Prague, Faculty VSPP Ostrava, Marketing department.

Peter Linnert studied business economics at the University of Hamburg. Receiving a doctorate in economics (Dr. rer. pol) in 1964. In 1992 he was appointed as director for corporate management at the Technical University Merseburg. Followed by the appointment as full professor at the Technical University of Vilnius in 1994. Dr. med. Kilian W. Mehl forscht, lehrt und behandelt im Bereich der modernen psychosomatischen Medizin und ganzheitlichen Gesundheit. Seit 1993 leitet er die von ihm gegründete Psychosomatische Fachklinik Wollmarshöhe.

Dort setzt er die von ihm entwickelte Erfahrungsorientierte Therapie (EOT) zur Behandlung psychosomatisch erkrankter Patienten ein und entwickelt diese durch kontinuierliche Evaluationen systematisch weiter. Ärztinnen, Ärzte und Therapeut*innen lernen die EOT oder einzelne Elemente daraus im Rahmen von Aus- und Fortbildungen kennen und anwenden.Dr. med. Kilian W. Mehl forscht, lehrt und behandelt im Bereich der modernen psychosomatischen Medizin und ganzheitlichen Gesundheit. Seit 1993 leitet er die von ihm gegründete Psychosomatische Fachklinik Wollmarshöhe.Dr. med. Kilian W. I have been continuously educating myself throughout my 40-year career in various positions. Personal responsibility is part of my self-image. I have learned a great deal, some of it at school and university, much of it through practical work, and some of it through trial and error. My thinking and actions are guided by three key principles:

1. Striving for overall optimization (ARETE)

2. Reducing waste (MUDAS)

3. Avoiding arrogance (HYBRIS) Basically, it's about constantly striving for the optimal design, aligning all activities with the value creation that the customer is willing to pay for, and at the same time preventing any arrogance, conceit, or self-centeredness. The future cannot be predicted or forecast with certainty. However, I see it as my task to contribute to shaping the future

Reinhilde Reinthaler is a highly experienced lecturer at different universities, executive coach and psychotherapist, based in Vienna. She began her professional career in healthcare, as a registered nurse at the University Clinic Graz from 1970 to 1979, including roles in pediatric intensive care/neonatology and cardiac intensive care.

From 1979 to 2004, she served as a teacher of health and nursing care, while pursuing further academic qualifications: a degree in Pedagogy and Philosophy (Magistra) from the University of Graz (1990–1995), certification as an academically qualified teacher in health and nursing care (1994–1995), and a diploma in supervision from the Academy of Social Work in Vienna (1997–2000).

In 2007, she embarked on advanced training in psychotherapy at Danube University Krems, completing a Master of Science (MSc) in 2011. Since October 2011, she has been a registered psychotherapist (BMSGPK registration no. 7917) specializing in Psychodrama (humanistic therapy approach). She has been practicing independently since around 2003, also offering coaching, supervision, and mediation.

Reinthaler is the author of two books—"Gewachsene Sichtweisen der Pflegesituation" (ISBN 978-3851758443) and "Hilfe für Helfer im Psychodrama" (ISBN 978-3-639-67913-7)—as well as various articles in professional journals and presentations at conferences.

Additionally, he earned a doctorate in Media and Communication Studies (PhDr.) from the Pan-European University in Bratislava. Since 2018, he has served as Lecturer for Methodology at the Hohe Warte Study Centre, collaborating with international partner universities, and is also the editor of the publication series "BWL in der Praxis" (Business Administration in Practice).

In addition to his analytical and quantitative background, he integrates perspectives from psychoanalysis and psychology to explore how conscious and unconscious processes shape decision‑making, market behaviour, and organisational dynamics. His academic interest in this intersection dates back to his thesis “Homo oeconomicus vs. Homo freudiensis,” which examined the psychological foundations of economic behaviour.

He also brings applied business and management knowledge from his academic training in Business Administration at WU Vienna, complementing his expertise in financial markets and computational economics.

Ich bin von Beruf überzeugter Elektrotechniker und von Beruf Industriekaufmann mit einer tief sitzenden Leidenschaft für Wirtschaftspsychologie und die Kunst der Führung. Meine Reise begann mit einer Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik im Jahr 2001, eine Grundlage, die den Grundstein für ein lebenslanges Streben nach Wissen und Kompetenzentwicklung legte. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich mein Fachwissen durch eine Reihe von Weiterbildungen verfeinert, unter anderem zum geprüften Industriemeister und zum staatlich geprüften Betriebsleiter. Mein Bestreben ist es, diesen Weg des Wissensaustauschs fortzusetzen und die nächste Generation von Fachleuten und Führungskräften durch Lehre und Mentoring zu führen. Es ist mein aufrichtigstes Ziel, nicht nur für die Breite meiner beruflichen Erfahrungen anerkannt zu werden, sondern vor allem für die Tiefe meines Engagements, andere durch Bildung und die praktische Anwendung meines Wissens zu bereichern.

URSULA VAVRIK holds a Masters and a doctors degree in economics and social sciences from the Vienna University of Economics, the latter with honors. Her professional assignments include positions with the Austrian government (responsible for European policy during Austria's three presidencies of the European Union), the European Commission/DG Environment, the United Nations (UNDP/UNEP) and the OECD. She was appointed Guest professor at the Agricultural University of Vienna and the Ibero-American University of Mexico as well as lecturer at various universities (Institut d'études politiques de Paris/ITAM & UNAM Mexico - European politics; Vienna University of Economics/Vienna Diplomatic Academy - sustainable development; Sales Manager Academy/Vienna - management for sustainable development, business organization, various universities in Chile: - sustainable development, organic agriculture and the philosophy of Sir Karl Popper., in 2025: Université de Tunis El Manar/ENIT/UNESCO Chair - themes on sustainable development). Since 2009, founder and director of NEWWAYS Center for Sustainable Development, promoting sustainable development, peace and culture. Various publications, notably with the Springer publishing house on various themes around Sustainable Development & Governance.
