Snigdha is Professor of Statistics at Lady Brabourne College, a leading college for women’s education. She has an MPhil in Computer Application of Statistics and has published many academic papers focused on healthcare and nutrition. In addition to over 15 years teaching core statistics, has over five years’ experience teaching data science and advanced analytics with R, Python, C, SPSS and business intelligence tools. Snigdha also consults to industry and has had many assignments in healthcare and the pharmaceutical sector.

Dr. Madonna Ghanem is a doctoral researcher specializing in artificial intelligence and data science. She holds two master’s degrees—an MBA and a Master’s in Data Science—and has an extensive academic and professional record.

She is a lecturer at the International Executive School in Strasbourg, where she teaches Spa & Wellness diploma programs as well as Data Science and AI curricula. Her career spans leadership roles across education, banking, spa and wellness, and healthcare innovation.

Dr. Ghanem is an IAIDL agent and a certified Data Science Trainer authorized by the Data Science Institute (DSI) to deliver professional AI and data science qualifications in partnership with the American University of Kuwait. She has led digital transformation initiatives and corporate training programs for major financial, telecommunications, and healthcare institutions.

As a business consultant and AI strategy advisor, she supports organizations in innovation, quality management, and performance optimization. Her work integrates academic research, corporate practice, and executive education to develop future leaders in AI, wellness, and digital transformation.
