Mark Anthony Naval

Ph.D. holder with a proven track record in Philosophy, Humanities, Research and Religious Studies. A self-managing quality assurance officer who is goal-oriented making sure that all deadlines are met in accordance with the standard set by the Institution align with the policy and guidelines provided by the Ministry of Education. My work in philosophy focuses primarily on Existentialism, Phenomenology and Post-Modernity. My research interest covers the fundamental relationship between technology and human person and its anthropological ideals presented and provided by the philosophers of different eras. My current studies centered on the Phenomenological Anthropology of Karol Wojtyla.



In 2012, I made a Disciplinary Manual for the Institution which later became the archetype Manual for the entire country. In addition, I’m also a Member/Part of the Core Group who formulated and created the K-12 Curriculum that will be used by the Department of Education in the Philippines. Recently, I conducted research that talks about the enhancement and development of all personnel and stakeholders which leads to the creation, formulation and writing of the Institutional Manual for Human Formation.

Dr. Rekha Shewakramani (Sukhani)

A proactive, results-driven lecturer in management studies with practical experience of concepts like recruitment, on-boarding processes and designing employee engagement activities/training programs. Looking to build on gathered experience in education industry and add value to an organization and life of students by delegating knowledge, fostering operational effectiveness and excellence.

Noor Un Nisa Ali Nawaz

Dr. Noor holds the degree of PhD in Commerce (Management Sciences) from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Her research interest includes Organizational Behavior, Business Creativity, HR Practices and General Management. She has 10 years of teaching experience at University Level. She also holds a high reputation due to her extraordinary contribution in Research and got award for outstanding research contribution in 2021 by Bath Spa University, UAE. As a trainer Dr. Noor has conducted professional trainings on Research methods Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis. Where she has had the opportunity to train, interact and learn from highly qualified faculty. She has around 30 national and International research publications.
