With over three years of experience in the IT industry, I have cultivated a passion for my work and a commitment to continuous growth. Throughout this period, I have conducted more than 360 blended sessions, providing a dynamic learning experience for my students. Additionally, I have engaged in over 100 one-on-one mentoring sessions, offering personalized guidance and support.



I have also had the privilege of serving as an instructor for JavaScript courses, imparting knowledge and skills to over 10 different groups of students. It has been immensely rewarding to witness their growth and progress.

Maxim Aliiev-Lomach

I have approximately five years of experience in software development and over two years of experience teaching JS and React.js to individuals of all ages, ranging from 12 to 99 years old. I hold a degree in computer engineering, demonstrating my technical and specialized education in the field. Additionally, I have successfully completed three professional development courses to enhance my skills further.



What sets me apart is my ability to explain complex programming concepts using relatable analogies such as brooms, fountains, apartments, cars, and more. I firmly believe in making information accessible and understandable to everyone, and I strive to communicate technical concepts using simple and clear language.

Yevhen Khimenko

I am a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analytics. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Systems Analysis, specializing in "Intelligent Decision-Making Systems." With over 10 years of experience as a product manager, product marketing manager, and analyst, I have developed a deep understanding of leveraging data to drive business success.



For the past 5 years, I have been dedicated to the field of data analysis, where I have honed my skills in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets. Currently, I am proud to serve as the Data Analytics Lead at GoIT, where I play a pivotal role in spearheading data-driven initiatives. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of data analytics courses on the GoIT platform, sharing my knowledge and practical experience to educate aspiring data analysts.



I am committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, constantly learning and adapting to emerging technologies and best practices. This dedication ensures that I provide the most up-to-date insights and guidance to both my colleagues and students.

Ivan Melnichuk

I have over 15 years of experience in software development, with 10 of those years focused on commercial projects. Currently, I work as the Head of Engineering at GoIT, where I lead a team of 20+ engineers. While I still actively write code, most of my time is dedicated to assisting the team in creating an exceptional edtech platform.



I am also the author of a Java training program in a Learning Management System (LMS). Initially, I taught using an existing curriculum, but I later rewrote it to improve its quality and effectiveness.



Furthermore, I have successfully guided and mentored 10 cohorts of Java students who are now working in leading outsourcing and product companies.

Oleksandr Torlo

Throughout my career, I have worked with uncertainty, constantly dealing with systematization and entropy reduction (defining business logic from the black box, generating and testing hypotheses, defining a set of metrics for the business, data mining with developing new algorithms, rethinking and redesigning the entire system, etc). And, by now, I have 7 years of management experience (Product Engineering Manager, CTO, Product Manager) in product companies & startups in addition to 16 years of experience in software design & development (desktop & web apps, APIs, mobile, SaaS, PaaS).

Yurii Kuchma

Throughout my career, I have worked in various environments ranging from outsourcing companies to startups, where my role involved managing complex development tasks and systematization. I have successfully maintained a balance between technical and managerial responsibilities. I have progressed from a regular teacher to the head of the Programming and Applied Mathematics departments.



Over the past 7 years, I have applied my skills and experience in the field of IT. I possess a wide range of technologies. Leveraging my PhD degree in engineering and technical sciences, I adeptly translate complex mathematical models into code. My technical expertise includes programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, as well as development on Node.js, database utilization, and other technologies. I am constantly driven to learn and develop, allowing me to stay at the forefront of the IT industry.



With over 25 years of teaching experience in universities and IT schools, I have developed and implemented teaching methodologies that have helped thousands of students learn programming. This teaching experience has allowed me to refine my skills in planning, growth strategies, building effective teams and business processes, as well as quality control.
