Hello, I'm Nastya.



With over 5 years of expertise in project management, I specialize in handling projects of diverse scopes, primarily following the Scrum methodology.



Currently serving as a mentor for the PM and soft skills course at GoIT, I deeply value the commitment of individuals pursuing knowledge and professional growth. I find great joy in helping them navigate their learning journey.



My teaching approach focuses on ensuring students not only grasp theoretical concepts but also gain practical insights. I believe in fostering an individualized learning experience, tailoring my guidance to meet each student's unique needs.

With a passion for online education as the CEO of GoIT, I’ve built a team that empowered 1% of Ukrainian programmers, employed 2,300 graduates, and expanded to five countries.



Having created two successful products on Product Hunt, I dream of nurturing graduates into building 5 prosperous startups.



By 30, made the Forbes list, obtained a PhD in economics, and now strive to become an educational Unicorn.

Now GoIT is thriving with 500+ employees, and offices in Poland, Romania, and Latin America, with the Philippines next.

I hold an Advanced Certified Scrum Master designation and currently work with the team behind the development of the GoIT Learning Management System (LMS), a cutting-edge educational platform. I have obtained certifications from Scrum Alliance and completed training at Scrum Ukraine. With over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, I have honed my skills in guiding teams towards successful project execution.



In addition to my role as a Scrum Master, I also serve as the Head of Study Success Stories. As the project lead for "Students Share Their Experience," I have overseen the creation of more than 380 motivational videos on YouTube. I am the visionary behind the "100 Success Stories of GoIT" magazine, and I coordinate its publication. This project showcases the remarkable accomplishments and growth of individuals within the GoIT network. Furthermore, I am a proud co-founder of the GoIT Community, a thriving network that boasts over 3,600 graduates. This community fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning among its members.



With 5 years of expertise in the IT education sector and 3 years of experience conducting training sessions, I specialize in delivering impactful webinars on soft skills and goal setting. Additionally, I have successfully organized recorded mini-courses, managed the Bootcamp product line, and served as the project office manager at GoIT. My diverse background enables me to empower individuals and teams to maximize their potential and achieve remarkable results.
