Girish Singhania
Girish is an entrepreneur who has a vision coupled with an unwavering want to develop and nurture human capital into a strong force of tomorrow.
He brings 15 years of experience across Education, FMCG and Financial Service sectors. His greatest passion lies in unlocking the potential that each individual has, and in enabling them to achieve their best. He strongly believes that in this golden era of opportunities in India, the biggest factor of success for our country will be our ability to transform our people into high performing contributors to the economy. This led to the birth of EduBridge and is still central to the vision and mission of EduBridge.
Girish comes from a strong operational background having worked in one of the world’s largest FMCG companies – Procter & Gamble. He then moved on to an investment bank in Mumbai where he worked with global financial investors to bring investments into the Indian market. The invaluable combination of financial as well as operations experience stands him in good stead to lead EduBridge. An IIM Bangalore graduate, Girish is passionate about developing businesses which are also beneficial to the society. He is a sports fanatic and claims that he would have been a part of the Indian cricket team had it not been for IIM.

Dr. Sunil Saxena
Dr. Sunil Saxena is a marketing faculty, His experience in Academic Industry spans more than a decade. He handles various subjects in Marketing and Marketing Technology. He has been in-charge of various academic activities and also managed various academic portfolios. He is a keen researcher and writes multi disciplinary research papers.
He has a PhD in Management from JJT University. He has completed Masters in Marketing Management and is a B Com Graduate from University of Mumbai.
Prior to the role of an educator he was in the industry as a Marketing Consultant for a decade with S B Billimoria and company.
Dr. Gopal Naik
Dr. Gopal Naik is a Senior Fellow and Jal Jeevan Mission Chair Professor at the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Following his doctorate from the University of Illinois in agricultural economics, he worked as a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India, from 1988 to 2003. He also had a number of administrative roles, including Chairperson of the Center for Management in Agriculture.
From 2003 until 2023, he taught economics at IIM Bangalore. He also held a number of administrative roles, including dean of the faculty, a fellow of the program in management, and chair of the center for public policy. He instructed graduate students in managerial economics, econometrics, and research techniques. He works in the fields of natural resource management, agribusiness, rural development, and agriculture policy.
He has written books and research papers that have been published in both domestic and foreign reputable journals. The American Agricultural Economics Association presented him with a Professional Excellence Award in 2007. At the 4th International Conference on the Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance, his co-authored article won the title of Meritorious article for its contribution to the field of electronic governance. The team under his leadership was awarded the WSIS 2015 e-learning prize. He has served on numerous committees of the federal and state governments, as well as educational institutions, and has provided consulting services to numerous public, commercial, and international organizations.

Kornelia Veneva
Korneliya is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive track record of success in executive and senior leadership roles at both international and local companies. Her professional journey includes serving as Site Operations Officer at Uber Engineering Sofia, HR Director at Experian Bulgaria, Chief People Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Sopharma Trading, and Director of HR for South East Europe at SAP.
In her experience she managed a wealth of projects related to organization transformation, employee experience design, employer branding and talent attraction, building learning and coaching culture, leadership development, team effectiveness, and HR digitization. Her achievements include doubling brand recognition and improving people engagement at Uber Engineering Sofia, implementing FlexWork and a Learning Culture at Experian Bulgaria, overseeing SAP Success Factors implementation project, which won the SAP Quality Award in 2019 at Sopharma Trading, leading people strategy in South East Europe, introducing coaching culture, implementing the Future Leaders program at SAP Labs Bulgaria. She is a certified coach and lecturer in the HR Masters program at Sofia University.
Throughout her career, Korneliya earned numerous awards and recognitions. A non-exhaustive list is: Top Employer awards for Experian, Best HR Project at Experian, Best Employer awards for SAP, HR Director of the Year for 2014, Best HR Team for 2013.
In her personal life, Korneliya is a mother of two children, passionate sports person, curious traveler and ardent reader.
Hannah Datz
Hannah Datz serves as the Vice President of Customer, Supply Chain and Finance Workflows for ServiceNow. She is responsible for the fastest growing product portfolio in the company, which surpassed $1B in 2023. In this role, she supports enterprise customers in their front office business transformation. Separately, Hannah built a new business unit go-to-market for back-office processes from the ground up. Before ServiceNow, she spent 13 years at SAP, where she led sales and technical organizations in the Customer Experience technology space. She is a previous board member of La Salle University and has engaged in both for-profit and non-profit C-Level advisory work. Hannah earned her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received an academic honor for her research on diverse leaders and authentic leadership.
Debdutta Dey
Debdutta is a Learning and Development enthusiast within the Education and Workforce Development industry. With over 12 years of professional experience, she has worked alongside a diverse international clientele. Armed with a Post Graduation Degree in Management and a specialisation in Marketing, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the workforce landscape. Fueled by a genuine passion for helping individuals learn and grow, she firmly believes education is the key to unlocking human potential.
Currently, she is employed as a Senior Manager for Learning and Development at EduBridge. Having worked with international clientele, she has gained invaluable exposure to diverse cultures and an acute understanding of global workforce dynamics. It has honed her ability to tailor learning solutions that cater to the unique needs of learners from different backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.
Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys staying abreast of emerging trends of Generative AI and its best use case practices within the education and workforce development industry and actively participates in contributing to relevant forums.
Prakarsh Jain
It is said that being a finance man, you automatically start off looking better than you are because you are fluent in the language of numbers – and that’s the language of business. Right from Fund Raising to Designing, Implementing & Monitoring Finance Operations and Control Systems for a geographically diverse organisation, like EduBridge, Prakarsh has done it all. Since 2014, Prakarsh has worked extensively to cover all aspects of the finance functions, developed a very solid team and has also been actively involved in defining and planning strategic business goals.
Gold Medallist-Post Graduate from S P Jain and a Chartered Accountant (Eq. to CPA), Prakarsh has been one of the team members, recognised for winning National Level - Ace the Case (Business Case) organised by KPMG and he also represented at the International Level in Spain, Europe. Prakarsh’s work experience boasts of association in Investment Banking at Mizuho Securities and in Strategic Planning, Assurance and Taxation services with Sanghvi, Sanghvi & Sanghvi.
He firmly believes that “One of the key roles of a Finance Head is to shine a light in corners where other people don’t want it to be shining and to tell the facts as they are, not how others would like to see them.”
Richa Wadhwani
With 11 years of experience in teaching, training and L&D as well as developing content within the educational sector developed facets in presentation and topic delivery. With excellent communication skills maintained relationships with all the stakeholders and project partners for smooth functioning of the projects. Deft knowledge in the banking and insurance sector helped in creating content for students from non-banking backgrounds. Sujaya is an ardent finance professional with a deep love for education and a strong commitment to empowering aspiring finance professionals. She completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management from the Manipal Academy of Banking and is equipped with advanced industry knowledge. With over 5 years of banking and commerce experience, she had tremendous exposure through various finance roles, allowing her to gain invaluable insights and expertise. Sudesh Agrawal
Sudesh is a passionate cloud technology enthusiast with an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering academic background. With over 12 years of industry experience, he possesses extensive proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
He is an AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate certified and an AWS Authorized Instructor and holds six certifications in Azure, further showcasing his comprehensive understanding of cloud computing platforms. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, where he is diving deep into his research endeavors. Moreover, he is also an expert in Image Processing, leveraging his skills to analyze and manipulate visual data. Sudesh serves as an IEEE Access Reviewer to contribute to the academic community, reviewing and evaluating research papers.
He has authored over 40 research publications in prestigious international journals and conferences, demonstrating his commitment to advancing knowledge. He is fascinated with the paranormal and often indulges his passion by writing fiction and non-fiction content in this intriguing realm. As an avid reader, he continually expands his horizons and explores various genres and literary works. Lavanya Pogaru
Lavanya is an accomplished Software Testing and Engineering professional with an educational foundation of a B.Tech degree in Information Technology and over nine years of experience.
She has industry expertise as a coding instructor and IT trainer at esteemed institutions. As an instructor, she guided students in mastering various computer languages, from JavaScript and HTML to the basics of Python, self-driving cars, and blockchain concepts.
With a keen desire to design, test, and develop innovative software solutions, she profoundly understands web technologies and strives to deliver exceptional business solutions.

Shalini Kumari
Shalini is a Data Science enthusiast with over nine years of experience in the field. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Applications and is a Merit Award holder from IGNOU. Her continuous learning and skill development were further demonstrated by her pursuit of certificate courses ‘A’ Level from NIELIT (DOEACC) and Python for Data Science from IIT Madras (NPTEL). She is an Oracle Data Science Professional Certified. She has recently achieved three Azure certifications and became an AWS Cloud Practitioner, strengthening her proficiency in cloud computing technologies. In terms of work experience, she has been actively teaching, equipping students with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the technology industry.
