GoIT is an educational company whose goal is to allow students to be able to write their own success stories by building a career in technology.
We are an international ed-tech company with more than 6 years of experience, over the course of which we have received several remarkable achievements. Students from more than 30 countries study at GoIT. 99% of the time we work with switchers, that is, individuals who change their careers and start a career in tech from scratch after already having a career they’ve invested in.
All courses are designed to move students' tech careers forward quickly and increase their value as a specialist. GoIT knows that to make learning effective it has to be hands on and interactive, so we’ve introduced a mentoring system into the courses to allow students access to experienced professionals while they learn. Students also have the opportunity to engage with their peers and ask questions about course material, daily challenges, or whatever else might come up while taking one of our courses.
GoIT built its LMS to kickstart students career in tech. By entering emerging markets, we promote equality in the industry and shape the future of work. GoIT LMS empowering students from emerging markets with high-quality tech education. Its won Product of the Day and week on Product hunt and was reviewed by Forbes and other professional media.
GoIT Career Service helps junior- and middle-specialists find jobs in the IT field. Along with technical training, students will also be taught how to write a resume correctly, draw up a profile on LinkedIn and portfolio, organize a training interview with an IT recruiter and sort out mistakes.

This degree program teaches students comprehensive and specialised subjects in computer science; it teaches students cutting-edge engineering skills to solve real-world problems using computational thinking and tools, as well as soft skills in communication, collaboration, and project management that enable students to succeed in real-world business environments. Most of this program is case (or) project-based where students learn by solving real-world problems end to end. This program has core courses that focus on computational thinking and problems solving from first principles. The core courses are followed by specialization courses that teach various aspects of building real-world systems. This is followed by more advanced courses that focus on research level topics, which cover state of the art methods. The program also has a capstone project at the end, wherein students can either work on building end to end solutions to real world problems (or) work on a research topic. The program also focuses on teaching the students the “ability to learn” so that they can be lifelong learners constantly upgrading their skills.

Viacheslav Polinovskyi
With over 12 years of experience, I have successfully managed and developed educational projects across various levels, including courses, schools, and institutes. My areas of expertise encompass a wide range of responsibilities, such as strategic planning with a data-driven approach (CF/P&L, ROI/ROMI, OKR's, KPI), developing growth strategies (Brand Awareness, Leads&Sales), building effective teams and business processes, implementing quality control measures, and achieving high NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings.
Furthermore, I have extensive experience in the development and implementation of training methods, catering to diverse audiences ranging from schoolchildren and adults to higher education standards. I have conducted training sessions for over 100 instructors in "Training for trainers: how to teach without boredom," positively impacting the education community. Moreover, I take pride in having graduated more than 6,000 students through these educational programs.
I have also had the privilege of being a speaker at esteemed events such as iForum2021, GetBusiness Festival, SMM Day, Don't Take Fake, Lviv SMM Forum, ProBono SMM Week, MRKTNG marathon, WEST iMARKETING FORUM, and Lviv Media Forum, where I have shared my expertise and insights with a wide audience, contributing to the industry's growth and knowledge sharing.
Yurii Kuchma
Throughout my career, I have worked in various environments ranging from outsourcing companies to startups, where my role involved managing complex development tasks and systematization. I have successfully maintained a balance between technical and managerial responsibilities. I have progressed from a regular teacher to the head of the Programming and Applied Mathematics departments.
Over the past 7 years, I have applied my skills and experience in the field of IT. I possess a wide range of technologies. Leveraging my PhD degree in engineering and technical sciences, I adeptly translate complex mathematical models into code. My technical expertise includes programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, as well as development on Node.js, database utilization, and other technologies. I am constantly driven to learn and develop, allowing me to stay at the forefront of the IT industry.
With over 25 years of teaching experience in universities and IT schools, I have developed and implemented teaching methodologies that have helped thousands of students learn programming. This teaching experience has allowed me to refine my skills in planning, growth strategies, building effective teams and business processes, as well as quality control.

Anna Kutova
With more than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, I have had the opportunity to work with startups from their inception, as well as engage in outsourcing and freelance projects. Within teams, I have conducted valuable UX research and provided recommendations for enhancing UX workflows. Additionally, my previous experience as an artist in the theater and film industry adds a unique perspective to my design work.
Jane Ilieva
I have over 6 years of experience in design. I started my career at Studio VØR, where my shots on Dribbble gained significant traction, ranking among the top views. I have worked in various studios and freelanced as well. Currently, I hold the position of Lead Designer at a blockchain startup. My responsibilities include developing interfaces for AI Neyra and enhancing a product that generates NFTs from any content.
Oksana Alistratova
I completed my education at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE), specializing in Media Systems and Technologies. I obtained a master's degree in the field of electronic publication development technology and web design. I worked as a graphic designer for a duration of 6 years, focusing on the development of promotional materials and electronic publications. Currently, I am employed at AppNiss, an Israeli company, where I have been working as a web designer for nearly 2 years. My role primarily involves working with a desktop application platform for website creation. The most intriguing project I have worked on so far is the development of a mobile application for selling medical cannabis with a prescription.
Andrii Bilyk
With over 8 years of experience in the field of web development, including 5+ years focused on design, I have gained extensive expertise. My work extends beyond design development as I am actively involved in coordinating project launches and collaborating with development teams.
In addition to my design skills, I have experience in client communication, crisis management, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SERM, and print design, branding.
Furthermore, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding over 200 students as they completed the UX/UI Design course at GoIT.
Mykhailo Guba
I have over 5 years of experience working in the field of interface development for commercial projects. I have worked in both FitTech and EdTech product teams. I have a strong background in conducting various UX research activities. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JS, and creating motion graphics. Separately, I have extensive experience working as a graphic designer, where I have developed branding and print materials for various brands.
Over the course of nearly 2 years teaching at GoIT, I have successfully graduated over 500 students from the UI/UX design course.

I am a young and energetic professional with a strong passion for tackling challenging cases. I am eager to contribute my skills and expertise to resolve complex problems. Throughout my career, I have held the position of co-founder and Frontend developer, leading the successful launch of a startup project that revolved around sales automation. Additionally, I have demonstrated my leadership capabilities as a Frontend Team Leader, overseeing the development process of various products from their inception and actively contributing to the design of their core architecture.

Oleksandr Torlo
Throughout my career, I have worked with uncertainty, constantly dealing with systematization and entropy reduction (defining business logic from the black box, generating and testing hypotheses, defining a set of metrics for the business, data mining with developing new algorithms, rethinking and redesigning the entire system, etc). And, by now, I have 7 years of management experience (Product Engineering Manager, CTO, Product Manager) in product companies & startups in addition to 16 years of experience in software design & development (desktop & web apps, APIs, mobile, SaaS, PaaS).
Mariia Rudenko
I possess extensive experience exceeding 8 years in the field of UX/UI design, coupled with 10 years of involvement in educational projects spanning various levels, including university and courses. My areas of expertise encompass Product design, UX design, and UI design, where I have successfully contributed to numerous projects.
Additionally, I have actively participated in the development and implementation of effective training methods tailored for university and course students. Notably, I had the opportunity to teach over 1000 students in the "Web Design" course, sharing my knowledge and empowering them with the necessary skills in this domain.
Ivan Melnichuk
I have over 15 years of experience in software development, with 10 of those years focused on commercial projects. Currently, I work as the Head of Engineering at GoIT, where I lead a team of 20+ engineers. While I still actively write code, most of my time is dedicated to assisting the team in creating an exceptional edtech platform.
I am also the author of a Java training program in a Learning Management System (LMS). Initially, I taught using an existing curriculum, but I later rewrote it to improve its quality and effectiveness.
Furthermore, I have successfully guided and mentored 10 cohorts of Java students who are now working in leading outsourcing and product companies.
Yevhen Khimenko
I am a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analytics. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Systems Analysis, specializing in "Intelligent Decision-Making Systems." With over 10 years of experience as a product manager, product marketing manager, and analyst, I have developed a deep understanding of leveraging data to drive business success.
For the past 5 years, I have been dedicated to the field of data analysis, where I have honed my skills in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets. Currently, I am proud to serve as the Data Analytics Lead at GoIT, where I play a pivotal role in spearheading data-driven initiatives.
